Sourcing CV8986?

Hi, I am unable to find the CV8986 on Mouser or Digikey. I can't find it anywhere except from ChipAV directly. I am just a hobbyist, and I'm not looking to purchase the item in bulk quantities. I didn't bother to email them because I doubt that they would even speak to me if I told them I'm only looking to buy a single IC. Are there any distributors online that are selling this part to individuals.

Same here, I've also been unable to find a real datasheet for the chip so it's not even like I can try to use an alternative.
