Loading placeholders

• The slideshow does some really weird and very slow loading. Ideally it will have a loading state until each image has finished loading to avoid this

• add heights and placeholders to content that loads in asynchronously

Looks like we should probably be resizing these down some? Making them a bit smaller would help with the load speed.
