Some IAR and OAR values, when entered, that are less than E-04 end up in MoManI as 1.22E-05 and are not processed correctly. #8
Description
We can correct this by always checking the values entered into the yaml file, and/or formatting/rounding to 4 significant figures before entering into MoManI.
