Package(s) Can't Be Found in Feed On Release Page when using OCI Registry Feed Type

What happened?

When using/referencing a package from an OCI Registry feed, the package cannot be found in the feed on the Release page. Despite this, the package is found fine when searching the feed manually (via the test feed screen) and during a deployment:

Reproduction

1. Set up a feed with type OCI Registry Feed
2. Configure a project/deployment process to use a package from this feed
3. Create a release
4. See the warning on the Release page: The package [package] version x.x.x was not found in the feed
