Branding issues

Currently this add-on references the original project in several ways:

• Creator is listed the same as the original, however as a fork you must display your name (regardless of level of contribution at this time - after all, this is your fork). The original author could be listed as a em:developer though.
• The em:homepageURL lists the original Overbite page, suggesting an association.
• The em:id contains @floodgap.com which again suggests an association with the original project.
• The icon/logo hasn't been changed and it isn't free to use: Overbite Mascot, Copyright © 2008-2021 Cameron Kaiser. The Overbite Mascot appears in OverbiteFF under a Creative Commons BY-NC-ND license. All rights reserved.
• about:overbite still references OverbiteFF.

If you were to get official approval from the author most of these could be waived (aside from the OverbiteFF references). But I would still like to see the creator changed even if you were to get approval. As you have submitted this to the Pale Moon Add-ons Site I will remove the submission, but once these are resolved feel free to submit again.
