What prefix / namespace / codes should we use in the implementation: "paf", "ok" (OneKey), other? #141
Description
The current implementation projects all use paf (for Prebid Addressability Framework) in many places of the code.
The recent addition of CMP and audit UIs introduced another prefix: ok, for "one key", the "commercial name".
We should align: what prefix should we use? Should paf appear anywhere in the code, or should we use OneKey?
