Weird jumping behaviour after Select2 autofocus fix

The fix in #66 has an unpleasant side-effect. When you've previously selected the input using Select2 and try to move on to the next form field, the focus immediately pulls back to the Select2/token field. It then requires another click on the intended form field to actually get there.

Tested in Firefox.

The new solution looks like this:

and while it works, it also gives me the following error message :

Uncaught TypeError: can't access property "Constructor", $.fn.modal is undefined

The final line here ($.fn.modal.Constructor.prototype._enforceFocus = function() {}) seems to have been introduced to make Select2 usable in Bootstrap Modals (https://select2.org/troubleshooting/common-problems) but it has its issues:

• Not everyone uses Bootstrap so there should be a prior check.
• FWIW: if you do use Bootstrap, it matters what version you have installed : _enforceFocus is correct for Bootstrap 4, but in Bootstrap 3 it used to be enforceFocus, without underscore. I'm not so sure we need to support BS3 though.
• $.fn.modal can be inaccessible at the time FF is initialising. That's where things went wrong in my case.
