TreeNode - need to remove #252
Description
The class RTi/Util/GUI/unused/TreeNode and TreePanel were moved into the unused folder and are not used by any code. It appears that these classes were pulled in early on before implementing other classes. Need to remove in future releases once StateDMI is updated.
