EvaluateExpression - add command #252
Description
Need to add the EvaluateExpression command to provide flexibility in processing free-format expressions.
Also need to commit the update of the Oracle JDDC driver from version 8 to 11 during cleanup of ReclamationHDB plugin. The JDBC drivers are distributed with this library to provide flexibility to use for various commands.
