SetPropertyFromTable - add ability to parse embedded properties #271
Description
There are cases where including Property=Value strings in a text column for a table is useful to provide metadata, especially where a database schema or file format cannot be changed. Enhancing the command will allow use in workflows and automated tests where such data are used.
