Request to has a feature that can create the dataviz without using the CKan's resource

Currently, the dataviz can be created unless the data resource is available in the CKAN.
How about this, if we would like to create a pie chart that has value below, do we need to upload it into the CKAN?

It would be great to provide more option for editor to draw data visualization without uploading the resource to the CKAN.
