2.8.0 seems to have killed partial refresh

I had partial refresh set for various tags, via the tag settings available in the AP.

But since upgrading to v2.8.0 my Solum 2.9 tags are always doing a full refresh, and even if I set partial refresh for the tags in the AP they seem to flip back to full refresh after the next content update from Home Assistant.

Surely the settings for the tag in the AP should take priority?

ah, 2.8.0 introduced a selector in drawcustom for the refresh mode, it was originally only thought for OpenDisplay BLE Displays, but it also applies to AP based tags:

a temporary fix would be to set it to fast/partial refresh there, but i need to fix it so that when it is not ckecked, the lut parameter does not get sent
