Provide 5 definitions: AILC in general and the definitions of the 4 stages Development, Deployment, Use, Monitoring #1

Description

@nikiluk

The pull request should be done to the main branch of the Taxonomy repository, extending the array of the JSON object.

Collaborative efforts will be very appreciated

  • AILC
  • Development Stage of the AILC
  • Deployment Stage of the AILC
  • Use Stage of the AILC
  • Monitoring Stage of the AILC

Specifically, what is important is to make sure that the definition of the stages will be very clear so that the people participating in the AI deployment will immediately recognize in which stage they operate.

The confusion is typically emergent between development and deployment, when for example a developer is using AI model built by someone and just creates an interface to communicate with the open-source inference server that uses the existing model (this is a deployment stage). Development in contrast is when the models themselves are trained, retrained or finetuned or when the inference pipeline is modified to use the model in a completely new and different setup.

Another set of confusions emerge when a manager for example decides to share the SaaS tool for himself and his colleagues to use in the organization (This decision lays in the deployment stage and not simply in use)
