Listing feature requests discussed with @deslaughter:

• Update list of variables important to Linearization to work with OpenFAST dev and eventually tight-coupling. [12/02/24]
• Generate OpenFAST files without running simulations. This feature will be useful for running large number of cases on HPC. Warn users about possible mismatch [12/02/24]
• Allow scaling the y-axis for the Campbell diagram without filtering out frequencies. This will give better mode tracking with the algorithm while allowing users to focus on the desired frequency range. Currently implementation couples the graph and data access to the mode tracking algorithm. [12/02/24]
