Description
Hello everyone,
Background:
I am currently running simulations on the WindCrete Spar platform developed under the COREWIND project. Notably, I am primarily using OpenFAST v4.1.2 for my simulations, but the most recent WindCrete files I could find use the older OpenFAST v3.5.3 version. Therefore, I migrated the source input files onto the v4.1.2 template and performed some debugging. I have now encountered an issue.
The Issue:
I am attempting to conduct control validation, specifically as shown in Figure 5 of the article, "Response of the International Energy Agency (IEA) Wind 15 MW WindCrete and Activefloat floating wind turbines to wind and second-order waves" (available at: https://wes.copernicus.org/articles/6/867/2021/):
Of course, I have successfully replicated the numerical values and trends for most of the figures. The current issue is that my results for the Heave direction show some discrepancies compared to the literature results, as shown in the figure:
The shape is somewhat similar, but the numerical values differ significantly. Consequently, I downloaded the OpenFAST v3.5.3 executable and performed the same test using the original WindCrete source files, as shown in the figure:
The numerical values from the original source files are clearly closer (to the reference). I then compared the mooring line tension outputs for a subset of lines. The results from the original WindCrete source files are as follows:
The results from the migrated WindCrete files are as follows:
However, after the input migration, the MoorDyn settings remained identical in both files. I would like to know the specific reason that caused this numerical discrepancy (both files have been uploaded, with IEA-15-240-RWT-WindCrete being my migrated input file).

Thank you in advance for your time and guidance.
Sincerely
