Why can't I find any relevant descriptions about the .fst file and blade.dat in the Documentation like https://openfast.readthedocs.io/en/main/source/user/aerodyn/input.html

There are definitely gaps in the documentation that has been added to readthedocs, as summarized in a few open issues, such as #177 and #181. We'll address these gaps in time as resources allow.

In lieu of that, many of the inputs in the .fst file are well documented in the old FAST v8 ReadMe file: the https://openfast.readthedocs.io/en/main/_downloads/5f2ddf006568adc9b88d8118dc3f1732/FAST8_README.pdf and the ElastoDyn blade input file is well documented in the old FAST v6 User's Guide: https://openfast.readthedocs.io/en/main/_downloads/d8bd014121d6505cb25cf49bee5eaa80/Old_FAST6_UsersGuide.pdf.
