The beta deploy command is very very barebones right now

Need to:

• log better what's happening
• Allow source project (active or something else) and endpoint to be specified. As path, alias, id or uuid. Build on top of the new aliasing stuff
• support --dry-run
• if dry-run isn't enabled, confirm before deploying
• If --dump is passed (with optional path), write the state file to disk (as .state.json). Log this command

Also need to show a diff but I think that's a problem for later
