Bugs spotted in the new ISO version

Reviewed the web version of the new ISO version of the DFDL 1.0 spec. Following bugs noted, all minor. Many are also present in the OGF version of the DFDL 1.0 spec (indicated by **).

• If I download the .htm version I don't get the pictures.
• Throughout. Text in tables is often in a different font to the main text.
• Throughout. Section links look like links but don't work. **
• 1.3. "In DFDL,one ..." - missing space. **
• 3.1. The first capitalised keyword "MUST" should not be in italics.
• 3.1. Two instances of "MUST not" - should be "MUST NOT". **
• 4 [Composite] link broken in web version. **
• 4.2.2. [root] is not bolded. **
• 4.2.2. [dataValue] definition is entirely bolded. Only [children] should be.
• 4.2.2. [nilled] definition is entirely bolded. None of it should be. Also ends with a fragment sentence.
• 7.4. Last paragraph is italicised and in smaller font.
• 9.2. Grammar table. "SimpleElement | ComplexElement" are not leaf terms so should not be bolded. **
• 11 Property encodingErrorPolicy. "ISO10646" should be "ISO 10646" and add [ISO10646] link. **
• 12.1. Three instances of "AlignmentFill" are not italicised but should be. **
• 12.3.4.1. Much of the section is italicised and should not be.
• 13.6. Property textStandardNaNRep. "NaN" is bolded.
• 13.6.1.1. An occurrence of the word "parse" is become a link to ICU docs. Intended? **
• 13.11.1. Use of http://www.w3.org/TR/NOTE-datetime in main text - should be a link to a section 29 entry. **
• 13.11.1. "ISO8601" in ordinary text in table 40 should be "ISO 8601". **
• 14.1. "LeftFraming" & "RightFraming" are not leaf terms so should not be bolded. **
• 16 Property occursCountKind. Instance of "MUST not" - should be "MUST NOT". **
• 29 Text is in a different font to other sections.
• 29 [PSVI] definition has split into multiple paragraphs and the link is broken. **
• 31 Use of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immutable_object in main text - should be a link to section 29 entry. **
• 33 Consider folding section 33.6 into section 29.
• 34 Three occurrences of "ISO10646" should be "ISO 10646". **
• 34 Use of https://www.w3.org/TR/xml/#sec-mixed-content in text - should be a link to a section 29 entry. **
• Footnote 4. [PSVI] link to section 29 is broken. **
• Footnote 5. [PSVI] link to section 29 is broken. **
• Footnote 5 is bolded.
• Footnote 10. Some of the words are links to dictionary.reference.com - intentional?
