OG version uses array to make the derivation. Add a way to use tabular or even longtable instead. This will make conversion to an HTML table easier, and also allow breaking derivations across pages (with longtable).

v1.0 will have a (so far undocumented) option to change the environment used (from array to tabular, for instance: \begin{nd}[arrayenv=tabular]). This works already, but when using tabular we get extra spaces before the line numbers. Somehow the white space in the code makes it into the table, but I haven't been able to figure out where I should put some \ignorespaces commands to fix that.
