README.md edit for Instalation Instructions?

Hello.

I would like to use open_ptrack_v2 with ROS Noetic and Ubuntu 20.04 LTS using a Ralsense D435 camera for people detection. 

My first question is if it can be possible to be done? If this is right, can be added an instalation instructions on readme.md, please.
