Launcher scripts: Input parameter to run legacy binaries

Related to OpenSRProject/OpenStarRuler-Launchpad#2:

• Add a new parameter to the launcher scripts, --useLegacyBinaries.
• Do not pass this parameter to the game! (... If possible.)
• When present, this runs the game from the bin_legacy folder instead of bin.
