Reorganize repo #18
Description
Presently, the test suite cannot be run as a whole because of hard-coded aspects of the token sale. This repo should be renamed/reorganized to reflect that certain contracts are no longer active (sale-specific), certain active contracts are no longer in development (token), and to enable easily running the test suite for contracts that are in development against themselves and the contracts that are active but not in development.
