BOLD IDs

Hi all,

My students and I are working on a pipeline to make phylogenies of BOLD barcode data constrained by the OpenTOL. In the process we are mapping between BOLD taxon IDs and OTTs. Perhaps such a mapping is interesting? If you want I have a SQLite database with the outputs of TNRS between BOLD and OpenTOL.
