New node score formula for 50k node

Looking onto various combinations of stake/pub/ask I found an interesting case - a node with 50k stake, 0 TRAC Spent and Ask matching network Ask.
This node makes 2.8 points per proof (I cut some zeroes from the actual score value for simplicity).
saturn_station (top node on Neuro) makes ~2.6 points per proof (per 50k of stake) right now.

So a brand new node with no TRAC Spent makes mode than the node which contributed the most to DKG over the last 4 epochs.
Is it a desired outcome? Or maybe I'm missing something?

There was quite a lot of stake shuffling around.
I can see saturn_station makes ~1.8 point per proof (per 50k stake), TL_7 ~1.55 points. And this 50k/0_pubs node would do 2.8.
That's ~50% more than top publishers.
