Duplicate GERS IDs for buildings due to MultiPolygons in the source data.

As of the January 2026 release, there are 98,048 buildings that are MultiPolygons. I am not clear what the solution to this should be, as Alex Iannicelli has already stated, splitting non-contiguous buildings into separate GERS would break the bridge file logic.
