Vending machines should not be classified as rental_kiosks

Just browsing on the Explorer and noticed you imported some of the 56,830 Suntory drink vending machines, but they're all classified as rental_kiosks which is not very accurate; I don't think you can rent a drink?

It seems like there's already a schema entry in infrastructure for vending_machine so I'd probably classify those as that. The ATP source has an amenity=vending_machine as well as vending=drinks tag so that should be enough to properly classify them.

482dfc17-6351-460e-9f5f-633f81da7b0d is an example GERS ID for one.
