We are currently writing experimental STAC-GeoParquet for each release.

My understanding of the benefits of Stac-Geoparquet is to reduce the number of possible HTTP requests when STAC collections might have hundreds or thousands of items. Overture does have hundreds of items in each release catalog.

Questions:

1. Are we doing this right?
2. Do we have the right metadata?
3. What's the best use case to showcase here?
