Detect long installation paths and offer to redirect the server installation #21
Description
Windows' MAX_PATH is 260. Unfortunately, users are likely to install Biome in AppData or on their desktop or documents folders; this can lead to a sizeable number of characters already being taken, which interacts poorly with some of the nested paths that are necessary for WorldEngine and its dependencies.
This should be detected within Biome (e.g. is Biome's installation directory already beyond a certain character limit? Unsure what a reasonable number here, but Claude can probably construct a query to find the deepest path in an instalation), and surfaced to the user, who should then be given a choice to relocate uv/the server to another location, defaulting to the root of the drive.
