revise leaf_part_chars table #45

See attached example for new leaf_part_chars table (ask Lisa if you have questions).
We think the red columns should be taken out because they aren't used and the new projects would need to enter them (and are partly not available for other projects):
- "Site" (already in fieldcode)
- "genus_sp" (at higher level)
- "quality_flag" (it isn't correctly linked to one measurement)
In green are new columns we need. Note that "data_contact" is different than "people" - not the person who did the measurements but who is responsible.
Order or column titles can be adapted, if you think it would be better.
This has a VERY high priority for us being able to import data from non-CHAMBASA campaigns.
It will also be linked to a NEW translation table.
