Add monitor for data package integrity #2
Description
Add new story for monitoring the integrity of data packages from the time they are first uploaded, backed-up to near-term and the four TB drives, to being replicated into Glacier. Should also include last valid checksum check. Such provenance should be queryable on a data package by data package basis.
