[Bug report] Merge PDFs with bookmarks #12
Description
When two PDFs with bookmarks are merged, the bookmarks of the second pdf do not point to the right page of the merged file, but to the page number of the original PDF.
Example for clarity:
- "A.pdf". 10 pages. Bookmarks on pages 3, 5, 7.
- "B.pdf". 10 pages. Bookmarks on pages 2, 4, 6.
- Output from PDF24: "merged.pdf". 20 pages. Bookmarks on pages 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
- Output expected: 20 pages. Bookmarks on pages 3, 5, 7, 12, 14, 16.
