ACRA explicitly configured for opt-in?

As ACRA changed their default behaviour from opt-in to sending silent reports without asking the users' consent: May I ask if you have configured it explicitly for opt-in? Skimming the code seems to indicate you're just using the default settings, which would raise the Tracking anti-feature with F-Droid.
