Discord Rich Presence doesn't update when switching files/projects in Xcode

Description
when switching to different files or projects within Xcode, the Discord Rich Presence status does not update to reflect the current active file.

Expected Behaviour
Discord updates the Rich Presece every time user switches file

Actual Behavior
Post First read of what file is opened and displayed, discord does not updates when file/project is changed

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Xcode with a project
2. Launch RPFX
3. Verify Discord shows file/project
4. Switch to a different file in Xcode
5. Check Discord status - it doesn't update
