Fix deploys of play.prx.org #243
Description
When updating the Play stack (deploying a new version), I always get an index.html out-of-sync with the assets. (So the index will be trying to pull assets that are a 404).
Something about the assets vs index TTLs must be breaking things. Figure it out!
