I just found this log entry collection and it's a new one for my config.
But before I paste the wall of text, a few things to my devices. This (Android 15; Pixel 7 Pro) is my main phone with HA app installed and a HA sensor state widget showing the current glucose level sensor on screen. All seems to run fine, but the logs are interesting anyways.
How often does this addin refresh the sensor data?

HA and HA Android app are always updated to the newest version. So they are super recent.
