PTSampler taking too much time

Hi, I was intrigued by your paper and talk on climate change AI and wanted to replicate your results for my own understanding. JV_surrogate.py was a breeze and it was very clear. But I'm having a hard time implementing Bayes.py.

Especially the PTSampler part. It has been running for like 1 day now. Is this normal behaviour? How much time shall I expect it to run for? Also, are there any alternatives which can utilize GPU for sampling MCMC?
