Compilation fails without jemalloc #2
Description
It's pretty obvious from the makefile that jemalloc is a dependency. But it would be nice if this is noted in the README. Also, there seems to be some machine-dependent paths such as LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr0/home/ldhulipa/tmp/jemalloc-5.2.1/lib in the makefile.
