Using bindonce with Ui Router

Can bindonce help me with a UI Router element....trying to remove the watcher off this

how can i get rid of the watcher from this

Put the href/url generation into controller code, set the url on the $scope, then use {{::myHrefVar}} one-time binding (or however you do that with bindonce).
