Prediction of expression on the X chromosome

Hello,

I noticed that you've modeled eQTLs on the X chromosome and I'm wondering whether is possible to make predictions of overall expression for haploid individuals (i.e. men) using the "slope" coefficients.

Thanks for your message and your interest in this work. Our aFCs has been applied on autosomal chromosomes. But if you have all the data for eQTLs and VCF file information, then you can apply the method by calculating aFCs and predicting the expression.
