Can/t Contact LDAP server with ldap://RootDSE

I am getting this error while connecting to rootDSE from mac machine with the Active directory.
Any idea?

Also, i am using ldap.login without credential, but not able to search.
However, if i do ldap.login with credential and then i am able to get result via search function
