Windows Client App : Backup database not working

Describe the bug
When I use the feature to backup the database, it says "Unauthorized. Either the database password is wrong or you are not logged in."
I am sure that I have the right password.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Admin Console'
2. Click on 'Backup/Restore Database'
3. Enter a folder and the correct password
4. See Error

Expected behavior
I expect that the backup works

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11
• App version : 1.17.2.0
• Server version : 16.0.1
