Automatical Calculation

if you put your assignment link in the cell, it can automatically calculate %Complete,does anyone know how to do it? For example, there are five assignments need to be finished , in the first row Thibault has finished to submit week1 assignment link in B2 and week2 assignment link in C2, and 40% of assignments was caluclated automatically to be finished in G2.

Hi, to get the content of J2 cell, you could use the following formula :
=COUNTIF(D12I:H2,"<>")/5
Such a countif will count the number of non empty cell.
/5 will divide it by 5
choosing the format of J2 as percentage will display the cell like on your example.

Here is a way to make it better :
first, you use counta() to count the number of non empty cells
second, you use counta() + countblank() to count the total number of cells
The result is :
=COUNTA(B2:F2) / ( COUNTA(B2:F2) + COUNTBLANK(B2:F2) )
