[BUG] nerf-spawner-mobs broken when install ServerBooster

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to spigot.yml
2. Enable nerf-spawner-mobs
3. Use pluign ServerBooster
4. Turn on server and find a dungeon
5. mobs from spawner still have AI
