[Feature request] Track the effect of smack down, which let ground moves reach flying pokemon

After using smack down, Rhydon and Armaldo can use their stronger ground moves to super effectively damage Zapdos, Thundurus and Celesteela.
One thing that needs to be figured out first is when the boss nullify stat changes and abilities, does it also nullifiy the effect of smack down?
