[Feature request] Add a config option to not save screenshots on Switch, and an option to not take shiny non-legendaries

Switch has limited disk space. Sometimes user may not want to save those screenshots.
For users who have collected all the shiny non-legendaries in the game before (by using shiny den exploit, bot egg hatching, etc.), taking shiny non-legendaries is not needed and may break the consecutive resetting in STRONG BOSS mode, reducing win rate.

For the option not to take non legendary shinies, it already exist. It is the ball saver mode
If it lose, it continue.
If it wins it resets unless the legendary is shiny.
