Bill Description:
- Removes marriage penalties from certain individual income tax credits and exemptions
- Sets income phaseout amounts for single/HOH/MFS filers to be half of joint filer amounts
- Increases nonrefundable taxpayer tax credit only for married claimants
- Repeals the nonrefundable earned income tax credit
- Makes technical and conforming changes
