no readonly option like paper-input #303
Description
it would be nice to have an readonly switch to activate read only mode.
Atm its only possible to disable the component which leads to an unwanted effect in this case.
Its possible to disable paper-input as well mentioned in the screenshot. The look and feel is just not the same and in this case the compoent should not be disabled, as the corresponding field is not. It should just be read only as the field is.
