Issue Details
For certain epochs, different explorers report conflicting information:
Epochs Affected: 512, 516, 517
Discrepancy:
PoolTool shows epoch rewards for these epochs.
Adastats, cExplorer, and Blockfrost API (account/{stake_address}/rewards endpoint) indicate no rewards in these epochs.
Expected Behavior
Consistent and accurate staking rewards data across all explorers.

The stake address was deregistered, so the rewards that it would have earned were not accrued by the stake address and showing the rewards for those epoch is inconsistent.
