Incorrect values in generators_data.csv #9
Description
Commit 1c55475 (adding Max_Cap_MW to constrain VRE build in WECC 2045 all clean expansion) seems to have moved around parts of rows within the generators_data.csv files.
As an example, the previous version has all geothermal with a fixed O&M/MW of 135226. In the new version it varies from 8205 (the value for batteries) to 99702 (the value for biomass). And geothermal with a fuel of natural gas CCS has a variable O&M of 7.2, which is what the previous file has for NG CCS.
When looking at the files in a text editor I find all consecutive values from (at least) "Fuel" through "CES" shifted from one row to another. Maybe it was caused by a merge/join error?
