how to edit the "short name" column?

I have about 30 channels in the name of which there is also a channel number (for example 01news, 02cinema, 03music, etc.).
If I edit the "channel name" the TV still displays the information from the "short name".
Is there a way to somehow edit the "short name"?

Currently ChanSort doesn't support editing the short name.
Many lists don't support a short name at all.
Many lists don't have a separate short and long name but instead use a single name as received via DVB, which includes markers to start/stop capturing characters that go into the short name.
For some lists it would be possible to support editing it, but so far it hasn't been a priority.
